We’re making a batch of Sake!

UPDATE – Its been 4 weeks now and fermenting has slowed and hardly detectable now.

We decided to make a batch of Sake since we like it so much with our Sushi. For a first try we did our research and making it the pretty standard and traditional way. More info later!
